Yolanda Merriman is a realtor associate with Greenleaf Properties. New to the team but not the industry, Yolanda and her husband, Charlie, have successfully owned and operated a construction company for over 30 years. This insight gives her an understanding and eye to help her clients find the perfect home. Yolanda is passionate about giving each client personalized, attentive service from the first meeting to closing day. She loves helping people from every background with their home buying (or selling) journey. Outside of real estate, she loves working with youth and education. Using her experience in construction, she and her husband work with young adults to learn hands-on skills for the community. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and three grandsons, RV’ing, boating, and relaxing. Her vast life experiences help her connect with her clients and understand their needs–whether she’s helping a first-time home buyer or a property investor.
